Baby Steaks!!

Steaks are very good for health they are juicy, chewy and scrumptious with minimum amount of fat and high in protein. The meat used in this recipe is fat- free. They are not proper steak cuts, they are diced pieces of fat — free meat.

Ingredients:

For marination:

0.5kg Meat (beef/mutton)

6 Tbsp Soya Sauce

6 cloves garlic

1 lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp meat tenderizer

Olive oil

Vegetable Required:

Carrots

Broccoli

Mushrooms

Method:

Take a bowl put meat in it add soya sauce, garlic chopped, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer. Marinate it overnight or at least 12–15 hours.

Take a griller, put some olive oil. Heat it. Put the meat in it cover the grill for 10 mins. Then put carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli on it. Cover for more 15 mins.

Ready to be served.

You may serve it with other salads too, maybe cucumbers or tomatoes. You can add baby corns and beans salad too.

You wouldn’t believe how flavorful, tender and delicious they are and yet so simple.
